Inspired by the land, its history and the simple traditions that bring people together, Ponder offers a fresh take on community living. From days spent along the lake and miles of trails to gatherings at Ponder House, neighborhood events and spontaneous moments with friends, life here is designed around connection — to nature, to neighbors and to the places that make Ponder feel like home.

The Association helps care for the shared spaces, amenities and experiences that make that possible while providing residents with the information and resources they need to stay connected and engaged.

Go outside, Stay Awhile

Lake days. Trails to wander. Parks to explore. Fitness, pickleball, gathering spaces and plenty of room to simply enjoy the view. Ponder’s amenities make it easy to spend more time doing what you love — right outside your door. Ponder’s plans include nearly 120 acres of preserved open space and up to four miles of trails, along with Ponder House and a broad collection of outdoor amenities.

From planned events on the dedicated concert and event lawn to casual get-togethers and impromptu meetups, there will be plenty of reasons to come together throughout the community.
